ANTHONY NEWMAN
Founder & Interior Designer
Born and raised in the London, Anthony fell in love with architecture, diving into property development and achieving record sales, he always sought to maximize space, break rules and exceed limits. Fashion soon became an obsession, selling designs and makeing custom pieces.
Moving to Los Angeles to pusue his Fashion, and Photgraphy, Anthony saw a need to elevate Studio's with an unparalleled luxury to elevate one's brand -- major Inspiration came from Anthony’s background in the 2 worlds -from renovating buildings in London, and LA Fashion the 2 were a match made in heaven when designing curated Spaces and Studio's.
Anthony’s mission and hope for DTLA Loft's is to make an impression to modernize and shape the future by merging the past with the present, paying homage to yesteryear while staying current to his own unique signature style of today.
SUZETTE BABB NEWMAN

Born in Minneapolis, MN - Suzette's journey to Los Angeles was driven with a passion for the Entertainment Industry, from print work to Producing, working for major well know Celebrities and Brands, such as KKW Brands and sbe, Suzette was able to break into the Industry both infront of and behind the camera.
Developing her own Skincare & Fragrance line in 2019, Suzette learned content is key in Branding and that Business success is definded by the relationships you have with your consumers. As a print model, Suzette know's and understands the ever changing markets and the need to stay ahead of the trends.
Paired with her background in Property Management, Construction and pure love for antiqiuing, styling and staging, DTLA Loft is a dream company that is continuing to develope based on creative's needs and wants.
